A judge has ruled the High Court must consider a letter from a UN investigator who has expressed concerns over the State’s treatment of an environmental activist.
Ms Justice Mary Rose Gearty said she was offering no opinion on the relevance of the letter, but it must be included among the submissions for consideration by the judge who would ultimately hear the case.
