Question: You wrote previously about couples who are living together but are separated, which I found strange to read at the time, but I am now in this hard situation due to the housing crisis. I am amicable and polite to my spouse, especially anything to do with our children, but I am met with constant moods and lack of communication in return.
He seems annoyed with me, is rude and can be quite sarcastic and mean. This is part of the reason we are separated. I have tried to speak to him to explain how it makes me feel, but this makes things worse, so I bite my tongue all the time and don’t respond.
