Kerry father and son cross the finish line of Tralee 100km run together – ‘It was a lovely moment’

There can be few prouder moments for a father than getting to accomplish a mammoth challenge with your son right alongside you. This is the joyous reality that Tralee man Jack Moriarty and his son Fergal are living this week after they both completed the gruelling Tralee 100km run at the weekend.

As well as the personal achievement and lifetime bragging rights of having completed such a task, the Tralee natives also helped to raise over €2k for their chosen charity, Kerry Hospice, along the way.
