Hotel review: Galway rolls out red carpet for glossy new hotel, so what's it like to check in?

Ireland’s first Radisson Red hotel promises design, atmosphere and community connection

Ireland’s first Radisson Red opened its doors in Galway last December. It’s just outside the city in Crown Square, a €300m campus that will be home to office blocks, hundreds of apartments, a relocated City Hall and new public plaza once complete.

If you’re not familiar with the brand (and I wasn’t), Radisson Red hotels promise a blend of “distinctive design, community connection, and a beating atmosphere”.
