An all-female ski trip finally gave me the confidence I needed to go off-piste

Skiing doesn’t always feel like a welcoming sport for women – so one writer tried an all-female trip

A cheerful group of skiers, wearing colorful helmets and reflective goggles, is riding a chairlift up a snowy mountain slope on a bright, sunny day. Majestic, snowcapped peaks and a clear blue sky can be seen in the distance. The group smiles warmly, enjoying the winter adventure in the Alps glacier. Show with Canon R5
