It’s all very well having the industry fawn over your latest product, but Pippa O’Connor Ormond knows exactly what review will land best with many a potential buyer: her husband’s. “Brian said: ‘Pippa, I’ve been putting tan on your back for over 10 years and this is the easiest tan I’ve ever put on you,’” she laughs. “I was like: ‘I need to get that on an ad somewhere! Take it from a husband who knows what he’s talking about! This is what he says!’”
As a busy boss and mum of three, O’Connor Ormond knows how important it is to create products that make life easier, and it was high on the list of priorities when it came to developing the latest range to join her flourishing Poco Beauty brand: The Tanning Collection, Powered by Skincare. It was launched in May and marks a fresh chapter as the first body products for Poco Beauty – named using her initials.
