Hotel worker spared jail for sex assault on colleague in linen room

A hotel worker who sexually assaulted a colleague by putting his arms around her waist and pulling her towards him in a linen room has been spared jail.
The woman became fearful, “lost her composure” and began to shout when the accused (34) grabbed her while they were at work.
